- Replace GitHub/berkeley direct downloads with HF datasets API
- MMLU: cais/mmlu (all config), map val->validation split, write per-subject CSV
- HumanEval: openai/openai_humaneval
- IFEval: google/IFEval
- Enables HF_ENDPOINT mirror for faster downloads in CN
